We are seeking a BIM modeler for the construction of a data center in Miranda de Ebro, ARASUR industrial park. What will be your mission? * Direct management of each project's model (structuring, coordination, error detection, and technical documentation management). * Cross-disciplinary coordination (disciplinary models and overall federated model). * Issuance and tracking of information and communications with the Technical Management. * Monitoring of BIM planning versus construction progress. * Clash detection and resolution of interferences. * Technical review of BIM deliverables. What are we looking for? * Minimum of 3 years of experience in coordinating complex, multidisciplinary projects, design, and execution. * Highly desirable knowledge of civil works and installations (MEP). * University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * Specific training in BIM Management or BIM Coordination (master's degree, postgraduate program, or certified courses).
