We manage valuable resources by finding more sustainable solutions. **Position Summary** ====================== We are hiring a BIM Coordinator for TYLin Spain. **Responsibilities and Qualifications** ======================================= Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate in drafting the BEP and support offer preparation (Pre-BEP) * Responsible for coordinating one’s discipline with other project disciplines under the guidance of the BIM Manager. Perform clash analysis according to the matrix defined in the BEP and the agreed tolerance; create and assign issues. * IFC export. * BIM quantity take-offs and scheduling. * Deliverables supervision. * Task automation. * Contribute to library creation and maintenance. * CDE management. * ISO 19650 quality control. * Internal training for project teams. Requirements: * Education: ICCP, ITOP, Surveying, Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Vocational Training (FP) or equivalent * Experience: Minimum 3 years performing duties similar to those described above. * Technical knowledge: Technical expertise related to civil engineering and architectural projects, along with proficient use of required software tools. * Tools/software: REVIT, NAVISWORKS, Autodesk Forma (APS), Dynamo, CIVIL 3D, databases, EXCEL. * Languages: English (intermediate level) **Additional Information** ========================= #LI-DNP #LI-Hybrid At **TYLin**, you will enjoy: * Mentoring Program: onboarding and professional development tracking, including evaluations and individual development plans. * 23 working days of vacation.
