ABOUT THE POSITION MISSION Provide data-driven analysis, reports, and recommendations to optimize the performance of online assets (website/app), support strategic decision-making, and enhance user experience—ensuring business objectives are met effectively. RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate on the implementation, testing, and maintenance of measurement systems via Tag Managers, both in App and Web environments (public and private sections) Participate in developing analytics tagging guidelines for the development team Support validation and audits of digital asset measurement systems Collaborate on dashboard configuration using digital analytics and data visualization tools Assist in activity tracking through periodic reporting Contribute to the growth of the digital solutions ecosystem REQUIREMENTS Education A background in Digital Marketing and User Experience is desirable Experience Relevant experience in digital marketing and digital environments is desirable Experience in the banking/financial sector is desirable Languages Intermediate English proficiency COMPETENCIES Technical **Familiarity with Adobe Suite is desirable:** Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Target—or alternatively, Google Analytics Suite Ideally, knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for implementing custom variables and events within tag managers Transversal & Behavioral Teamwork and interpersonal skills with other team members or departments Proactivity and eagerness to take on challenges that contribute to continuous improvement of our digital assets BENEFITS * Hybrid remote work model. * One vacation day per month worked (in accordance with the duration stipulated in the university agreement).
