As part of the administration and finance team, you will perform the following tasks: \- Accounting for receipts and payments. \- Entering invoices into the ERP system. \- Entering supplier invoices with different tax regimes. \- Control and management of the customer portfolio: platform monitoring, payment deadline reminders, and collection of overdue payments. \- Bank reconciliation and recording of supplier and customer advances. \- Control and accounting of credit cards (Visa). * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: \- Vocational Training Certificate in Administration (CFGM) with complementary training or experience in accounting. \- Higher Vocational Training Certificate in Administration and Finance (CFGS) with at least 3 months’ experience in accounting processes. \- Knowledge of taxation and accounting procedures. \- Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite. \- ERP Microsoft Dynamics knowledge is highly valued. \- Proactivity, attention to detail, and analytical ability. * Vehicle availability required * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time working hours * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1600' to '1700' * Additional information of interest: We offer flexible working hours both for arrival and departure, as well as intensive working days on the eve of public holidays, during Christmas, and in July and August.
