Job Summary: We are seeking an Internal Auditor to provide an independent and objective perspective, strengthen controls, and improve processes across various companies within the Fuertes Group. To support this growth, we seek to hire an **Internal Auditor** who wishes to add value from a holistic business perspective—contributing to process improvement, risk identification, and strengthening of internal control systems across the Group’s companies. **Purpose** ------------- **Your purpose in this role will be** to provide an independent and objective perspective that contributes to protecting the Group’s value, reinforcing internal control systems, and driving continuous process improvement. You will join a team acting as a strategic business partner, collaborating with various Group companies to identify risks, detect improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions delivering tangible impact across the organization. You will participate in improvement, investment, and research projects, contributing to more efficient, robust, and sustainable management. **Your Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Participate in internal audits across the Group’s various companies and processes, evaluating the effectiveness of controls and compliance with established policies and procedures. * Analyze business processes to identify risks, control deficiencies, and improvement opportunities that reinforce management and internal control. * Collaborate in preparing audit reports, documenting findings, conclusions, and improvement recommendations. * Follow up on agreed action plans with various departments, verifying correct implementation of proposed measures. * Participate in improvement, investment, and research projects, providing an analytical and independent perspective that creates business value. * Closely collaborate with the Senior Auditor and Head of Internal Audit in planning and executing audit work. * Maintain open communication with different departments and subsidiaries of the Group to understand their processes, identify risks, and promote sound management practices. Travel to various Group centers and companies for on-site audits and reviews. **Education** ------------- * Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE). * Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. * Bachelor’s Degree in Law and ADE. * Master’s Degree in Accounting Auditing. **What We Value** -------------------- * Minimum 1 year of experience in **auditing, internal auditing, or financial controlling**. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). * Ability to analyze processes, identify risks, and propose efficiency-oriented improvement actions aimed at strengthening internal control. * Analytical profile, detail-oriented, with a holistic view of the business. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills when engaging with various departments and organizational levels. * Willingness to travel and conduct site visits across the Group’s companies. **Differentiating Extras** ----------------------------------- * Postgraduate education in **Auditing, Finance, Management Control, or Risk Management**. * Professional certifications such as **CIA (Certified Internal Auditor)**, CISA, or similar. * Experience with SAP. * Familiarity with Data Analytics tools is desirable. **Languages** ----------- English at B2 level. **Competencies** ---------------- Corporate Mindset Innovation and Continuous Improvement Ability to Learn and Adapt Analytical Thinking Teamwork **Knowledge** ----------------- Accounting \- Financial Analysis Internal Auditing (Reporting, documentation, and follow-up) Risk Management Business Risk Management It is not always possible to fully meet all requirements.
