




**Functions** As Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the store team, focusing on driving sales and maximizing store profitability while providing optimal service. Additionally, you will work to exceed your store's KPIs, comply with company procedures and policies, and represent Sprinter in the most professional manner. In your day-to-day: Customer Experience * You will provide customers with excellent levels of service. * You will handle their inquiries and complaints, offering the best possible solution. * You will ensure that the sales staff's appearance aligns with company guidelines. * You will manage, train, motivate, and coordinate the store team to guarantee adherence to the company's customer service guidelines and procedures. Sales * Analyze reports and data to support decision-making in order to boost sales or correct deviations, ensuring achievement of objectives. * Guarantee control over store records for KPI analysis (FF, ATV, ASP, CR, UPT), applying insights to store operations. * Manage store resources, seeking efficiency and adapting them to the store’s needs. Visual Merchandising * Use visual techniques to attract, engage, and motivate customers to make purchases in-store. * Provide assistance in maintaining standards within the sales area. * Ensure all product launches and promotional items are clearly visible in the correct locations. * Keep stock clean and presentable at all times. Training \& Development * Promote team progress. * Provide assistance in onboarding and training new staff. * Support the development of existing staff, ensuring they complete relevant evaluations. Human Resources * Select candidates based on competencies for store roles. * Ensure proper compliance with human resources policies and collective agreements. * Ensure full compliance within the store regarding all aspects of occupational health and safety regulations.
