Assembly Operator **Job Location:** La Garriga **Publication Start Date:** 28/8/26 We are seeking to hire an Assembly Operator for our plant located in La Garriga. Job Mission Produce plastic parts using raw-material injection molding machines or assemble large-size components and valves, ensuring 100% quality control compliance on all items. Main Functions and Responsibilities **Assembly and Production Operations:** Assemble large-size valve components and other plastic/mechanical parts according to manufacturing standards. Perform auxiliary injection process tasks as required by the part: machine retrieval, runner trimming, deburring, milling, machining, and pre-assembly. Verify 100% of finished products prior to packaging. Place and position finished products onto pallets per operational instructions. **Autonomous Maintenance and Notification:** Adhere to plant production standards and methodologies: 5S, SMED, and Autonomous Maintenance (simple tasks including cleaning, lubrication, and inspection). Log manufactured parts, defective parts, and machine stoppages into the IT system. Immediately notify the Shift Supervisor of any anomalies or malfunctions affecting machines, peripherals, or equipment. **Risk Prevention, Quality, and Environment:** Ensure compliance with Quality, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), and Environmental procedures and instructions. Use tools, machinery, and provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly. Properly segregate and treat plastic and general waste generated at the workstation. Maintain a clean and orderly workplace, and propose ideas for continuous improvement. Profile Requirements **Education:** Not required. **Experience:** No prior experience required (industrial or assembly environment experience is a plus). **Availability:** Must be available to work rotating Morning and Afternoon shifts. **Desired Competencies:** Rigor in quality control, ability to work in a team, commitment to occupational safety and hygiene standards, and proactive attitude.
