Job Summary: Ensure final part assembly while optimizing time and quality, performing tasks such as monitoring automatic machines, packaging, and manual assembly. Key Responsibilities: 1. Optimization of time and quality in the final assembly of parts. 2. Operation and supervision of automatic and semi-automatic machines. 3. Manual assembly of components and self-quality control. This Position reports to: Production Manager### * **MISSION:** Ensure final assembly of required parts, optimizing time used and part quality. * **TASKS:** * Monitoring automatic machines: Adjust machine settings, supply materials, resolve jams, and troubleshoot simple machine faults. * Report machinery issues to the Cell Leader. * Remove and identify parts using identification cards and labels ready for the carrier. * Perform self-inspection operations hourly and upon batch completion. * Package parts into boxes. * On semi-automatic machines: Riveting, engraving parts, and placing parts. * Manual assembly of clamps, screws, viewports, etc., onto parts. * Manual assembly according to instruction sheets. * Clean workplace and machinery.
