Coordination with internal teams, suppliers, and clients **Who Are We Looking For?** An architect for our new Design and Build business line. **Main Responsibilities:** Development of architectural projects during preliminary design, basic design, and construction documentation phases Preparation and coordination of graphic and technical documentation Support in managing and processing administrative licenses and permits. Performing quantity take-offs and supporting preparation of construction budgets Preparing documentation for tendering and contracting industrial subcontractors Technical site supervision and support in controlling schedules, quality, and costs. Coordination with internal teams, suppliers, and clients throughout the entire Design \& Build process **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Official Master's Degree in Architecture (accrediting qualification to practice). * Building Engineering degree will be considered an asset. * Experience in architectural design and/or construction projects. * 1–2 years of experience in architecture studios or construction companies. * Advanced AutoCAD skills. * Excel applied to quantity take-offs and budgeting. * Knowledge of architectural design and construction processes. * Intermediate level of English. * Proactive and solution-oriented. **What We Offer:*** Permanent contract * Professional development within an internationally expanding company. * Competitive compensation based on experience. * Excellent professional environment built on collaboration, approachability, and mutual respect among teams.
