Additional duties include handling telephone inquiries, managing emails, and preparing internal reports and documentation. Candidates must have education in administration or accounting, with solid knowledge in this field. Proficiency in office software is essential, including Excel (intermediate\-advanced level), Word, Outlook, and the Microsoft Office suite.
