An innovative and multidisciplinary work environment If you are passionate about administration and wish to apply your knowledge in a dynamic and professional environment, this is your opportunity! **Grupo Orenes**, a corporate holding group with over 50 years of experience in the leisure, entertainment, and private gaming sectors, is looking to incorporate an **Administrative Assistant** into its team at the **Bingo Jaime I in Valencia**, to support the center’s administrative and operational management. **Your main responsibilities** * **Administrative and operational management** of the bingo. * **Monitoring of working hours** and review of staff schedules, ensuring accurate updating of hours worked. * **Planning of weekly supply purchases** for the bingo venues. * **Review of internal audits**, ensuring compliance with established standards. * **Collection from gaming machines** in Valencia venues during vacation periods or staff absences. **Required Education** * Higher Vocational Training (FP) degree in Administration or Economics. * University degree (valued but not mandatory). **Required Knowledge** * Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)**. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Assertiveness and ability to resolve incidents. * Experience in administrative management: invoicing, delivery notes, document control, and income tracking. * Minimum **2 years of experience in administrative positions.** **What we offer** * Joining a solid company with a long-standing track record. * An innovative and multidisciplinary work environment. * Real opportunities for professional development. * Permanent full-time contract. * Reduced working hours on Fridays.
