Opportunity for professional development in a growing sector Turkish-speaking Administrative Assistant for a logistics company located in the Barcelona Free Trade Zone. We are looking for a candidate with native-level proficiency in both Turkish and Spanish to carry out administrative tasks within an automotive and logistics company. Responsibilities include handling bookings, contacting clients and suppliers, internal follow-up, and updating information. Prior experience in administration, logistics, or international trade is highly valued, as well as strong organizational skills, results orientation, and multitasking ability. We offer a 6-month temporary contract through an Employment Agency (ETT), with potential for subsequent permanent integration; full-time schedule Monday to Friday with rotating shifts (including occasional night shifts). Annual gross salary between 20\.000€ and 25\.000€ depending on qualifications and experience. The company provides its own cafeteria offering low-cost meals, and after completing training, one day of remote work per week is permitted. * Bilingual/advanced level of Turkish, sufficient for daily work and communication with clients and suppliers from various countries in this language. * A third language is desirable: English, German, Turkish, etc. * Experience in administrative tasks, preferably in transportation or logistics sectors. * Academic background in logistics, customs, or related fields. * Immediate availability to start. * Flexibility regarding working hours is appreciated.
