Job Summary: We are seeking an accountant with experience in SAGE for a temporary replacement position at a third-sector organization, responsible for accounting, debt control, periodization, and treasury management. Annual budget preparation and funding research We are a third-sector organization based in Santa Coloma de Gramenet. We seek a person to cover the accounting department during a temporary incapacity. Full-time position. Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9:00–14:30 and 15:00–18:00; Friday, 9:00–15:00 Accounting of entity-specific documents (supplier invoices, payroll, Generalitat subsidies, etc.). Accounting for user fees and debt control. Expense and income periodization. Amortizations and capital subsidies. Providing information for tax filings (Forms 111, 180, 190, 200, 202) and supervision. Data consolidation and electronic submission of Form 347, including supervision. Treasury management and control (banks and cash accounts across various cost centers, supplier ledger, direct debits, Generalitat receipts, etc.). Annual budget preparation per cost center and monthly budgetary control. Funding resource research * Minimum 1 year of experience. Experience with SAGE software * Degree in Accounting or Finance * Catalan (intermediate spoken and written proficiency) * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 1820 * Additional relevant details: Full-time, 1720 hours/year — 14 pay periods
