Cercedilla & El Mirador de los Poetas – December 21

Madrid is not only a city full of culture, nightlife, beers and tapas, but also a place surrounded by nature; mountains, lakes, rivers and fun! Discover it while meeting people from all around the world. 🌳🏔️ This Sunday we will do one of the most beautiful hiking routes in the Madrid mountains, through the beautiful area surrounding the legendary town of Cercedilla, north of Madrid. From the viewpoint known as El Mirador de los Poetas, we will enjoy views of Siete Picos, a mountain massif also known as La Sierra del Dragón, the waters of the Pradillo River, the Camino del Agua trail, and a majestic forest of pines and oaks. Admired by King Charles V, this incredible and magical forest will be our delight this weekend. Halfway through the route, we will have a picnic to rest, eat and enjoy the views by the river. This is a moderate-level hike of approximately 15km. **– WHEN:** Sunday, December 21 **– MEETING POINT:** Coffee and Beer – Calle de la Princesa, 98, Moncloa **– TIME:** 9:30 – **Participation:** only 16€.
