If you have experience managing indirect channels and the vending machine sector, we want to meet you! **Skills, Knowledge and Experience** * Background: 2–4 years of experience in indirect channels, vending, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) distribution, or point-of-sale management. * Vending Operations: Solid knowledge of vending machine operations, including restocking, basic maintenance, and route management. * Analytical Capability: Strong ability to interpret distribution KPIs, sales performance, stock levels, incidents, and coverage. * Financial and Territorial Management: Experience managing budgets and territorial allocations. * Team Coordination: Ability to coordinate multiple key stakeholders (operators, account managers, technicians, and restockers/delivery personnel). * Negotiation: Strong commercial skills, especially in distribution agreements or product placement. * Organization: Excellent organizational, prioritization, and operational planning capabilities. * Digital Tools: Experience using CRM tools and reporting platforms. * Collaboration: Prior experience collaborating with Trade Marketing teams or field sales networks (Field Force). **Essential Technical Competencies** * Advanced Excel: Proficiency in pivot tables, basic dashboards, and provincial-level data analysis. * Data Management: Ability to manage operational databases and prepare reports for executive leadership. **Preferred Sectors and Profiles** * Key sectors: Experience in vending channels, FMCG, retail, distribution, logistics, or the HORECA channel. * Business models: Experience working with indirect channels, external distributors, or operator networks. * Added value: Prior experience in regulated industries will be viewed favorably. **Education and Legal Requirements** * Education: University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Logistics, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or related fields. * Work permit: Valid work permit for Spain. * Driving license: Valid driver’s license (with at least 1 year of validity). **Languages** * Spanish: Full professional proficiency (native or bilingual). * English: B1–B2 level for occasional communication with international teams and report writing. **Mobility and Location** * Primary location: Barcelona. * Geographic mobility: Willingness to travel across the provinces of Catalonia and Aragon for visits, audits, negotiations, and project implementation follow-up.
