Join a global team committed to innovation and transforming the buildings of the future. **What will your role be?** ---------------------- We are seeking a **PM Team Leader \- BMS** to lead our Building Management Systems (BMS) project execution team. You will be responsible for coordinating, developing, and supporting a multidisciplinary team comprising Project Managers, BMS Engineers, Commissioning Technicians, and Field Technicians, ensuring the proper execution of projects within our Control and Automation solutions portfolio. Additionally, you will directly manage high-complexity projects, leading all project phases from planning through to final delivery, ensuring achievement of technical, financial, and customer satisfaction objectives. **What will your responsibilities be?** ---------------------------------------- Team leadership * Lead, motivate, and develop the team of Project Managers, Engineers, and Execution Technicians. * Foster a collaborative, accountable, and continuously improving environment. * Provide technical and methodological support to team members throughout various project phases. * Participate in resource planning and workload allocation. Project management * Manage assigned projects within the Control and Automation solutions portfolio. * Act as Project Manager for projects with high technical and organizational complexity. * Plan, coordinate, execute, and close projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, quality, and budget. * Monitor project financial performance, ensuring profitable execution. * Manage risks, deviations, and incidents throughout the entire project lifecycle. * Ensure proper documentation, integrity, and contractual compliance for each project. Customer and stakeholder engagement * Coordinate communication among customers, sales teams, contractors, and internal teams. * Build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and trust. * Serve as the primary point of contact during strategic project execution. * Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to operational excellence in the area. **What profile do we require?** ---------------------------- University degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of **6 years** of project management experience in automation, BMS, HVAC, industrial control, or smart building technologies. Experience leading technical or project management teams. Knowledge of project management methodologies, planning, and financial control. Ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders. Customer- and results-oriented mindset. Professional-level proficiency in both Spanish and English. The following will be considered advantageous: Prior experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) solutions. Knowledge of HVAC systems, automation, and energy efficiency. Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar).
