If you are motivated to work in a collaborative, technological, and constantly evolving environment, Tixalia offers you a place to contribute ideas, grow professionally, and be part of an internationally oriented project. **Main Responsibilities** \- Management of sales and post-sales for individual and group reservations at leisure venues, activities, and accommodations. \- Supervision and coordination of the reservation team’s tasks, ensuring compliance with standards and objectives. \- Multichannel support and assistance to the distribution channel. \- Resolution of incidents and support in operational decision-making. **Job Requirements** \- Proven experience of at least 3–4 years in the tourism sector, preferably in travel agencies or reservation departments. \- Prior experience managing or coordinating teams. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate-level use of IT tools. \- Aptitude for using technology and organizational tools. \- English level B1 (spoken and written). \- Strong organizational skills, with analytical abilities, prioritization, and decision-making capabilities. \- Excellent customer orientation, empathetic communication, and professional conduct. \- Ability to work under pressure and manage peaks of high demand. \- Proactive, committed individual with motivation to assume responsibilities. \- Adaptability to change and dynamic environments. **Minimum Education** \- Higher Vocational Training (FP II) in the Travel Agencies or Tourism professional field. \- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Tourism. **What We Offer** \- Full-time permanent contract, on-site mode, with availability from Monday to Sunday. \- Salary: Between €18\.000 and €20\.000 gross per year (based on merit), paid in 12 installments. \- Initial and ongoing training provided by the company. \- Opportunities for professional growth and development. \- Collaborative work environment.
