This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic corporate environment, combining analytical skills with functional Human Resources knowledge. **Main Responsibilities** * Support in **data extraction, processing, and validation** (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, salary costs, etc.). * Development and maintenance of **HR Analytics dashboards and reports**. * Participation in the analysis of key **Human Resources KPIs** and generation of insights. * Collaboration on **People Analytics** projects. * Support in process automation and data quality improvement. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in final year of undergraduate studies or a Master’s program in **Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related disciplines**. * Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources from an analytical perspective. * Familiarity with data analysis tools preferred: Advanced Excel, Power BI / Tableau, SQL (desirable), Python or R (desirable), Fabrik. * Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and results orientation. * Good communication skills and ability to translate data into understandable insights.
