Repair Technician

We are looking for a **repair technician** to collaborate with the team during a temporary replacement. **Who are we?** **Venture** is a global leader in providing technology and engineering services, products, and solutions. Headquartered in Singapore, we are a team of 150 people in Spain and over 10,000 worldwide. **What will your role be?** You will play a key role in machinery repair. Responsibilities: * Perform diagnosis, repair, and commissioning of equipment and systems. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure proper equipment operation. * Identify and efficiently and safely resolve technical faults. * Manage and respond to customer inquiries and incidents via email and other communication channels. * Plan and coordinate technical interventions at customer facilities. * Travel to customer premises or facilities to perform installation, repair, and maintenance tasks. * Verify proper equipment operation after intervention and conduct validation tests. * Advise customers on equipment usage, maintenance, and basic incident resolution. * Manage materials, tools, and spare parts required for technical interventions. * Comply with company-established quality, safety, and occupational risk prevention procedures. **Who are we looking for?** **Essential requirements:** * Experience in mechanical or electronic environments * Proficiency with tools * Basic computer skills * Valid driver’s license category B and willingness to travel. * Advanced English proficiency (minimum CEFR level B2) * You are methodical, solution-oriented, and organized. * You demonstrate strong willingness and proactive attitude. **Desirable requirements:** * Proven experience in after-sales or workshop roles * Advanced computer skills * Additional languages (French, German, Portuguese, Italian) **What do we offer?** * Opportunity to join an innovative technology and engineering company * Dynamic and international work environment * Membership in a multidisciplinary team * Ongoing training plan * 26+2 vacation days * Fixed-term contract for temporary replacement * Full-time schedule (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM) * Workplace located in Rubí * Employee discount portal Will you join our team?
