With strong organizational and communication skills, you will play a key role in shaping the customer experience, internal coordination, and customer retention. * Manage accommodation reservations across various channels and external platforms. * Manage reservations for additional spaces, contributing to the growth of the new business area. * Support analysis of customer types and reservation patterns for commercial prospecting. * Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction, with a focus on loyalty. * Maintain continuous communication and coordination with all departments to facilitate bookings and contracts for our spaces and services. * Handle a high volume of customer interactions (email, phone, and platforms), serving as one of the company’s primary contact points. **What can you expect from us?** We offer you the opportunity to collaborate with a distinctive company that values both **Results** and **People**.
