We are seeking a **CIVIL SITE MANAGER** to participate in a construction project for infrastructure associated with an industrial facility. **Responsibilities** * Planning, organization, and supervision of construction execution. * Monitoring and control of the **construction schedule**, ensuring adherence to milestones and deadlines. * Coordination and supervision of work teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Control of work execution in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements. * Monitoring and control of **costs, measurements, certifications, and production**. * Procurement management and tracking of supplies and materials required for execution. * Supervision of compliance with **quality, safety, and environmental** standards. * Coordination with Engineering, Technical Office, Procurement, Production, and Occupational Health and Safety (PRL). * Resolution of technical and organizational issues arising during execution. * Review and interpretation of drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. * Preparation and monitoring of progress reports and construction documentation. * Management of modifications, extras, and potential project deviations. * Coordination with the client, supervising engineers, and other involved parties. * Supervision of testing, commissioning, and project close-out as applicable. * Control of proper execution and acceptance of works performed by subcontractors. **Requirements** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Technical Architecture, or equivalent. * 3\-5 years’ experience as a Site Manager. * Experience executing infrastructure or industrial facility projects. * Experience coordinating subcontractors and construction teams. * Knowledge of project planning and economic control. **Workplace** * León **Offer** * Salary commensurate with proven experience. * Immediate hiring and permanent contract.
