We operate across multiple sectors and foster a collaborative work environment focused on professional growth. **Job Description** -------------------------- We are seeking final-year students or recent graduates to join our **“Tresca Talent” Internship and Scholarship Program**. From day one, you will integrate into our technical teams on real projects, actively participating in consulting, engineering, and energy and industrial development tasks. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Support the preparation of technical studies, reports, and project documentation. * Collaborate in the analysis and simulation of energy and industrial solutions. * Participate in meetings with internal teams and, where applicable, with clients. * Perform data collection, processing, and analysis tasks. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and procedures. * Learn and use sector-specific software tools. **Requirements** -------------- **Mandatory** * Currently enrolled in the final years of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or recently graduated in: + Industrial Engineering + Energy Engineering + Electrical Engineering + Mechanical Engineering + Or related fields. * Basic knowledge of technical software (e.g., MATLAB, Python, CAD/CAE tools or similar). * Analytical and reasoning ability. * Communication skills and teamwork capability. * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency (valued). **Desirable** * Prior internship or project experience related to engineering. * Knowledge of renewable energy, energy efficiency, or system simulation. **What We Offer** ----------------- * Integration into a dynamic, innovative, and forward-looking professional environment. * Mentoring and continuous training during the internship. * Opportunity for professional growth within the company. * Remuneration/financial support in accordance with internship regulations. * Integration into real-world projects with tangible impact. **Work Modality** ------------- * **On-site** (main office and/or branch office, depending on the project). * Duration and conditions subject to internship and scholarship regulations. **Commitment to People** ------------------------------- At Tresca, we build a workplace grounded in respect, dignity, and professional development.
