**POSITION** We are looking for an architect or engineer with experience in industrial and logistics construction projects to join our team as **Production Manager for projects in Catalonia**. Together with the Site Manager, you will be responsible for **production control**, as well as the technical and economic management of the project, all focused on achieving profitability goals, quality standards, meeting client requirements, and complying with company policies and regulations. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * On-site production control under the supervision of the Site Manager * Budget control * Manage tenders * Manage on-site quality controls * Handle administrative procedures related to CBC * Draft contracts * Monitor progress of civil works and installations **PROFILE** Engineer or architect with **2 years of experience** in construction projects, preferably in industrial warehouses or logistics platforms; dynamic individual with strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. **EXPERIENCE** * **2 years of experience in the construction sector, preferably in logistics and industrial fields.** * Experience in installations is highly valued * Experience interacting with clients and suppliers, and in coordinating and monitoring industrial construction projects * Proficient in Office suite and AutoCAD.
