We seek a professional to comprehensively lead the procurement and contractual administration processes for our projects. Your primary objective will be to ensure cost, schedule, and contractual condition compliance, as well as proper formalization and control of subcontracts, purchase orders, and agreements with key suppliers. **Key Responsibilities:** * **RFQ and Comparative Analysis Management:** Preparation, issuance, and analysis of requests for quotation, performing technical and economic comparisons. * **Strategic Negotiation:** Negotiating commercial and contractual terms with suppliers and subcontractors to optimize costs and mitigate risks. * **Supplier Qualification:** Evaluating and onboarding strategic partners meeting company standards. * **Financial Control and Reporting:** Monitoring procurement costs and tracking budget deviations. * **End-to-End Contractual Management:** Drafting, reviewing, and managing subcontracts and Purchase Orders (POs) across all types (Supply, Mixed, Turnkey, Service Order). * **Risk and Claims Management:** Tracking financial escalations, controlling guarantees, retentions, deadlines, penalties, and coordinating directly with the legal department. * **Financial Cycle Closure:** Final validation of estimates and certifications to ensure secure completion of the signing chain. **Candidate Profile:** * **Education:** Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Business Administration degree with construction sector experience. * **Experience:** 3–5 years in *Procurement*, Purchasing, or *Contract Management* within the construction sector. * **Contractual Knowledge:** Experience managing construction contracts (FIDIC contract conditions knowledge is desirable). * **Technical Skills:** Ability to read technical documentation, negotiate construction materials, and understand construction processes. * **Tools:** Proficiency in **ERP** management systems. * **Core Competencies:** Negotiation ability, analytical and detail-oriented mindset, financial acumen, and procedural rigor. **What We Offer:** * Opportunity for growth. * Immediate integration into a highly relevant project from Day 1. * A close-knit, dynamic team currently expanding in Madrid, backed by the Group’s extensive experience and stability in Mexico and the United States.
