We are seeking a **Debt Recovery and Account Management Manager** to lead daily team operations, ensuring achievement of established KPIs, efficient resolution of billing incidents, and customer satisfaction—thereby contributing to customer retention.
You will be a key player in ensuring compliance with our processes and quality standards, fostering a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented work environment. Additionally, you will actively participate in defining strategies and making decisions within a dynamic and continuously evolving context.
**Your main responsibilities**
* Identify opportunities to improve debt collection processes and optimize their various stages.
* Draft and manage customer communications via SMS, email, and letters.
* Create, update, and maintain departmental operational routines across different channels.
* Conduct full onboarding for new hires.
* Provide daily floor support—answering questions, guiding the team during operations, and performing quality monitoring calls to identify specific areas for improvement.
* Support other departments on matters related to billing, debt management, and cancellations due to non-payment.
* Participate in analyzing, designing, and communicating commission changes.
* Lead daily meetings to review KPIs, strategies, and operational priorities.
* Assist in preparing the department’s annual budget.
* Conduct periodic team performance evaluations, hold one-on-one sessions, monitor calls, and review objectives. Coordinate weekly meetings to reinforce routines and key communication.
* Lead, develop, and motivate the team, promoting a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration and continuous improvement.
