The selected candidate will be responsible for the technical follow-up of installation teams on site, acting as the liaison between the company and the client throughout the various project phases. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitoring and supervision of progress made by on-site installation teams. * Technical coordination and control of schedule adherence, quality, and specifications. * Preliminary contact with the client to review technical requirements prior to site entry. * Direct client liaison during project execution. * Resolution of technical issues in coordination with internal teams. * Periodic reporting to the technical department and project management. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably with civil works experience). * Prior experience in construction environments or field-based technical team management. * Leadership and team coordination capabilities. * Strong communication skills and client-facing experience. * Availability to travel Monday to Thursday, approximately twice per month. * Technically proficient profile with strong interpersonal presence and professional orientation in client-facing environments. * Organizational ability, autonomy, and problem-solving skills. **We Offer:** * Growth opportunity within an established industrial company. * Permanent contract. * Dynamic project with technical responsibility and direct client interaction. * Remuneration starting from €24,000/year, negotiable based on experience and profile.
