ACCIONA, within its Water business, requires an intern for its Human Resources (HR) department.**Position Description** We are seeking a motivated individual eager to learn and build a career in Human Resources. You will join the HR team, providing administrative and generalist support to the department and actively collaborating in various employee lifecycle processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * General administrative support to the HR team: onboarding, offboarding, training, organization, recruitment, etc. * Assistance with procedures and documentation related to International Assignments. * Recording personnel changes in Workday (hires, terminations, absences, organizational changes, etc.). * Support in document management related to Labor Relations: leave requests, sabbaticals, legal guardianships, among others. **Candidate Requirements** **Key Requirements:** * Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources / Psychology / Business Administration and Management with HR specialization * 6-month internship, either part-time or full-time. Start date: September through March * Interest in professional development within the administrative and generalist areas of Human Resources. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Eagerness to learn and contribute to the team. * Basic knowledge of HR management tools such as Workday or similar is desirable. **What Do We Expect From You?** We seek individuals with high potential, strong teamwork capabilities, and motivation to grow within an international company.
