Sacyr Conservación seeks to hire a **Road Conservation Operator – Signaling Equipment** to carry out road conservation tasks, becoming part of horizontal, vertical, and restraint systems signaling teams. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** Perform all new construction or conservation tasks assigned, including but not limited to the following: * **Signaling** of construction sites (fixed, permanent, temporary, and mobile) * **Installation** of any road element (primarily horizontal and vertical signage, delineators, and restraint systems) * **Maintenance or replacement** of any road element (primarily horizontal and vertical signage, delineators, and restraint systems) * **Driving** all types of vehicles (vans, panel trucks, trucks, and machinery). License "C\+E" required. * **Operation and maintenance** of machinery and tools. * Completion of work reports and other job-specific documentation. * Compliance with **Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)** regulations and company work procedures. **Required Qualifications and Competencies:** * **Education:** Not required * Minimum **3 years** of prior experience in similar positions * Valid driver’s license **Type B (C\+E preferred)** * Construction-related **Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training** (OPERARIO COEX preferred) * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Proficiency in using manual machine tools. * **Geographic mobility: Yes** (We seek candidates from Badajoz, its surrounding areas, or along the Vía de la Plata route) to join a team that travels weekly to Burgos or other project locations, with availability to stay away from home Monday through Friday; weekends are spent at home. **What We Offer:** * **Contract type:** Fixed-Term Intermittent / Indefinite Contract * **Location:** Madrid The **Sacyr Group** offers you the opportunity to advance your professional career within one of the most recognized companies in its sector.
