Job Description Mission: The Design and Technical Office Manager will lead the design coordination and technical office functions on-site, ensuring consistency between design intent, quantities, execution strategies, and contract obligations. Key Responsibilities:* Manage and coordinate the technical office team (design coordination, quantities, drawings, BIM/CAD, documentation). * Analyze IFC (Issued for Construction) documentation and track all design updates and changes. * Calculate and validate quantities based on project-specific criteria and actual site conditions. * Maintain up-to-date records of all technical changes and non-conformities that could lead to claims or contractual impacts. * Support the project team in preparing technical justifications for variations and claims to be presented to the Engineer. * Interface with design consultants, construction teams, and JV partners to ensure alignment of technical solutions with construction execution. * Monitor the compliance of the design and documentation with local standards and project specifications. Candidate Requirements* MSc Civil Engineer, preferably with specialization in Foundations and Structures.
