Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** ACCIONA, within its Construction business line, requires a Construction Technical Support Manager to support the Business Unit specialized in Roads and Bridges.**Position Description** **Mission**: Develop the construction area for assigned Bids, under the supervision of the Construction Support Team Leader. **Responsibilities**: * Provide technical construction support for the development of assigned Bids, based on experience and expertise in construction execution. * Lead, with support from the design team, constructability alternatives to the Bid’s Project design. * Develop execution plans, execution strategies, work schedules, equipment plans, productivity assessments, organizational charts, subcontracting strategies, and self\-performance approaches—as well as all other elements inherent to defining the Construction/Project Manager’s Works Execution Plan within the corresponding Bid team. * Join the execution team when required. **Candidate Requirements** **Requirements**: * Civil Engineering degree * Minimum 10 years’ prior experience in large international projects, including at least 5 years in construction-related areas. * Prior experience in Road and/or Bridge Projects is mandatory. * Advanced English (B2\-C1\) * Geographic flexibility and willingness to travel. * Availability to join any ongoing or newly awarded Construction Business projects in the coming months/years.*We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore actively foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment—ensuring equal opportunity for all.
