Experience in sales—particularly telemarketing—is required, along with the ability to work collaboratively, adapt to change, and perform effectively under pressure. Main responsibilities include interacting with clients, analyzing their legal and financial situations according to internal procedures, delivering empathetic and respectful service, resolving inquiries, and achieving realistic sales targets. A results-driven mindset and maintaining a high standard of service quality are essential. A permanent part-time contract is offered, with a weekly on-site schedule of 30 hours in rotating shifts in Alcobendas. The annual gross salary is €17.000, plus incentives and commissions based on performance targets.
