ACCIONA, within its Construction business line, offers a Building Project Estimation Internship in its Studies Department in Madrid. Position Description*Mission:* Technical and economic study of building-related tenders.*Responsibilities:** General participation in tender preparation. * Analysis of technical and contractual terms and conditions of tenders. * Participation in the analysis of projects both from an economic standpoint (construction costs) and from a technical perspective. * Participation in meetings with clients and potential partners when tenders are prepared within a joint venture or consortium with other companies. Candidate Requirements Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, building engineering, or architecture (Bachelor's and/or Associate's) * Advanced English * Proficiency in general Office software; knowledge of cost estimation programs (Presto, CCS, etc.) is desirable * Other programs: planning tools (Project, etc.), BIM Availability:* Ability to sign a training agreement with the university * Availability to complete a 6-month internship either part-time or full-time.
