We need **BIM Revit MEP Modelers** to join our team in modeling electromechanical installations for large-scale infrastructure and/or building projects at national and international levels. User-level programming in Dynamo to increase task productivity. At Sener, we aim to contribute to society by designing future infrastructures. To achieve this, we have a reputable team of experts specialized in electromechanical installations. What are we looking for? Technical Architecture degree or FP qualification in installation drafting. We require candidates with 2 to 5 years of prior experience in BIM teams and/or technical offices performing modeling and drafting tasks in design systems for infrastructure installations. Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Python programming, and BIM management is essential. Knowledge in developing small automations to enhance productivity will be valued, as well as experience with installation calculation tools (HVAC solutions, Autosprink rvt, Dialux, Design Builder). In terms of competencies, we seek proactive individuals eager to grow and innovate within a BIM environment, who are also solution-oriented, goal-focused, and possess a strong sense of responsibility. Key responsibilities include: * Creating layout drawings and performing related drafting tasks in a BIM environment. * Modeling HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, and/or electrical disciplines. * Managing view templates. * Creating/modifying/adapting families. * Providing support criteria to engineers as mechanical and/or electrical designers. * Assisting engineers with interoperability between calculation software and BIM tools.
