




Job Summary: Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is responsible for maintaining and developing the customer portfolio of an assigned route, driving digital adoption and sales execution. Maximize visibility and proper allocation of promotional materials Seniority Level: Job Description **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this role is responsible for maintaining and developing the customer portfolio of the assigned route, in accordance with the visit plan and the following functions: • **DIGITAL EDUCATION** •Promote customer digital adoption by offering and advising on the use of the BEES tool. • **VALUE GENERATION:** •Introduce the most suitable brand and format assortment for each customer, aligned with channel objectives (NR, NR/HL, volume, etc.) •Manage customer receivables through collections follow-up •Identify new capture opportunities •Monitor compliance with existing agreements, as well as manage customer-related documentation. • **EXECUTION** •Maximize visibility and proper allocation of promotional materials, in line with our standards. •Ensure optimal execution levels •Identify improvement opportunities
