As leaders in innovation and technological development, we seek experts to drive sustainable development and find solutions to the world’s greatest challenges, such as global warming, overpopulation, and water scarcity.** **Job Description** ACCIONA, within its INDUSTRIAL business, requires hiring two Warehouse Assistants for a Transmission Line and Substation project located in Jaén/Chachapoyas. **Mission:** Provide operational support in the receipt, control, organization, and delivery of goods held in custody at the warehouse, in accordance with established procedures, to ensure timely supply. **Candidate Requirements** **Responsibilities:** * Classify profiles and adjacent structures for pre-assembly and assembly of transmission line towers and others. * Review and verify that voucher codes and descriptions match the description provided by the user and confirmed by the person verifying requirement compliance. * Perform daily warehouse operations, supporting item location and details. * Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned warehouses. * Control fuel dispatches and maintain a record of deliveries. * Notify the Warehouse Manager of material stock shortages so that he/she can consolidate requirements and proceed with the procurement cycle. * Maintain a record of tools and machinery used on-site during the shift. * Ensure security of warehouse access for unauthorized personnel and materials; no item may be removed without an authorized request. * Support the Warehouse Manager in weekly cyclic inventories. * Comply with consortium safety and occupational health regulations, as well as current COVID-19 protocols. * Adhere to applicable legal regulations, Internal Work Regulations, and other provisions, directives, circulars, regulations, standards, etc., issued or indicated by the EMPLOYER; all of which the candidate acknowledges having been informed of, at least verbally. * Carry out other duties and/or activities assigned by the Project Management and/or Site Warehouse Manager. **Profile:** **Academic Qualification / Certification:** ------------------------------------- * Completed secondary education and/or technical qualification. * Prior warehouse experience is desirable, preferably in transmission line and substation projects. **Additional Knowledge** ------------------------------------- * Physical and documentary receipt of materials. * Use of auxiliary warehouse equipment (forklifts, cranes, etc.).
