This is an excellent opportunity to join a strong and successful business with ambitious yet realistic growth plans. This role is responsible for achieving sales and profit targets. You will lead and coordinate daily store and sales staff operations, and report your results to the Store Manager. You will continuously work to improve in\-store service quality and ensure the store environment reflects the corporate identity. ### **Profile** * Minimum of 3 years’ progressive experience in retail, including at least 2 years in management. * Extensive experience and ability to lead high\-level customer service delivery. * Experience required in retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, leadership, and sales. * Strong relationship building and maintenance skills; comfortable working across departments, thinking strategically, and bringing structure. * Honest, open, and constructive communication. * Contribute to an inclusive culture embracing diverse styles and talents united by a clear shared objective. * Passion for working with international customers. * Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
