Management of channel manager, booking engine, and OTAs We are recruiting a commercial assistant for the eCommerce department located in Las Palmas city. As part of the Commercial Team, within the eCommerce area, your responsibilities will include: * Providing support to the yield/reservations department * Monitoring and maintaining rates for online distribution * Managing the DINGUS channel manager and ROIBACK booking engine * Implementing and maintaining XML integrations in the channel manager * Contacting and managing major OTAs and B2B partners for the Canary Islands destination * Quota administration, commission management, and sales closures * Promotion, offer, discount, and supplement management * Resolving incidents related to the channel manager, CRS, and PMS * Conducting market and competitor analysis by destination * Performing price parity checks across online channels and metasearch engines We seek a candidate with an Advanced Vocational Training Diploma in Tourism Accommodation, a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or Business Administration and Management (ADE), specific training in eCommerce, advanced English proficiency, and knowledge of advanced Office software; experience in similar roles within hotels or related sectors is highly valued.
