We are seeking plastic injection operators to join a chemical industry company in Utebo. Individuals joining the team will become part of a safe and quality-focused work environment within a growing industrial sector. Job responsibilities include operating production machinery and equipment according to established instructions. Monitoring the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with quality standards, handling required materials, and performing minor rework on parts—such as molding, deburring, and polishing—is also required. Collaboration in production control and process improvement is expected, along with adherence to occupational health and safety regulations. A stable employment contract and initial and ongoing training are offered. The working schedule is full-time and continuous, with rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Friday. * You are methodical, responsible, agile, and adept at manual tasks. * Willingness to adapt and learn. * Own vehicle. * Minimum three months’ experience in industrial or manufacturing environments. * Availability to work rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Friday. * Commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement. * Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously. * Flexibility and capacity to adapt to a dynamic environment.
