At Capgemini Engineering, we are looking for a Pharmaceutical Project Engineer to drive key initiatives for expansion, improvement, and adaptation of critical facilities in a regulated environment.** **.** **What you will do on the project?** * **Lead technical projects in plant: scope definition, specifications (URS/DS), procurement, construction/installation, qualification/validation, and closure.** * **Coordinate internal teams (engineering, production, maintenance, QA/Validation, HSE) and external teams (EPC/EPCM contractors, suppliers).** * **Participate in technical planning: layouts, P\&ID, isometrics, detailed engineering, GMP feasibility.** * **Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and changes.** * **Supervise FAT/SAT and IQ/OQ/PQ processes, ensuring quality compliance and data integrity.** * **Report time, cost, and quality KPIs to management.** * **Ensure documentary closure and handover to operations/maintenance.** **.** **Your profile** **To feel comfortable in this position, the following knowledge is required:** * **Degree in Industrial, Chemical, Civil Engineering, Logistics or similar.** * **3 to 5 years of experience in industrial project management, preferably in regulated industries.** * **Practical knowledge of GMP, URS/DS/FS, FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ, cleanrooms, HVAC, and critical utilities (PW, WFI, clean steam, gases, CIP/SIP).** * **Experience managing contractors and CAPEX control.** * **Proficiency with tools such as MS Project or Primavera, AutoCAD.
