We look forward to your application! ### **Minimum Requirements** **Minimum Requirements:** * Education: *Higher Vocational Training Cycle* in Laboratory, Analysis and Quality Control, Metallurgy and Materials, or equivalent. * Experience: Minimum *2 years* in a metallurgical laboratory. * Demonstrable experience in metallography (preparation and analysis). Technical Knowledge: * Metallography of steels and ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. * Optical and digital microscopy; image analysis. * ASTM/ISO standards applicable to metallography and characterization. * Proficiency with analysis software (ImageJ, Olympus Stream, AxioVision or similar). Personal Competencies * Attention to detail and technical rigor. * Analytical ability and critical thinking. * Organized methodology and results-oriented approach. * Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams (NDT, engineering, quality).
