**Description:** ---------------- Trescal Group, a global expert in calibration, validation, and qualification services, serves industries such as pharmaceutical, chemical, aerospace, automotive, energy, electronics, and others, all of which entrust Trescal with their calibration needs. From our Corporate HR Department located in Badalona (Barcelona), we are seeking an HR Intern to join our team and undertake practical training across the various areas that comprise it. What will you learn within the team? 1\. In the Labor Affairs area, you will learn how to manage onboarding of new hires, offboarding, monthly labor incidents, payroll tracking, labor documentation, document supervision, employee inquiries, collective bargaining agreements—all under the supervision of the area’s responsible person. 2\. In the Occupational Health and Safety area, you will observe how external prevention services coordination and work-related accidents are managed. 3\. The Training area manages, at national level, all training needs and external provider-led training programs, in which you may actively collaborate. 4\. In the Recruitment area: publishing job offers, screening CVs, conducting telephone, online, and in-person interviews, evaluating candidates, and handling onboarding-related documentation. **Requirements:** --------------- Minimum requirements: * Must currently be enrolled in a degree program in Labor Relations, Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, to enable signing a training agreement between your educational institution and the company. * No prior experience required. * Availability to begin the internship immediately (starting in September). * Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities. * Proficiency in computer tools and Microsoft Office. * Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively; organizational skills and eagerness to learn. * Availability to carry out the internship Monday through Friday, between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. * Fluent spoken Spanish and Catalan.
