**Administrative Accountant – Administration Department** **Job Description** Rettemaier Iberica is part of a German chemical group; we require an **Administrative Accountant** to join our Sales Administration Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for administrative and accounting tasks related to customers, invoicing, and internal control, working collaboratively with the rest of the team. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage customer collections. * Manage customer invoicing: issuance, review, and dispatch. * Work with the FACE platform. * Manage customer credit limits in coordination with the credit insurer. * Perform administrative labor management for employees. **Requirements** * Minimum education: Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Administration and Finance, Accounting, or equivalent; or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE). * Knowledge of accounting and administration. * Basic English level (ability to understand and handle simple communications). **Fluency in Catalan required**. * Proficiency in office tools (Excel, SAP/SBO, invoicing portals, etc.). * Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar positions. **Competencies** * Organization and planning. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Responsibility and confidentiality. * Proactivity and ability to resolve incidents. * Communication skills and teamwork. **We Offer** * Opportunity to join a solid and growing company. * Position located in the **center of Barcelona**, with excellent transport links. * Permanent contract. * Initial training and onboarding support. * Full-time schedule. * Salary commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
