Job Summary: We are seeking a CNC lathe operator with experience in on-machine programming and MAZAK lathe operation for the production of seamless tubes and alloys, interpreting engineering drawings and machining parts. Professional training and development within a collaborative team In Guarnizo, Cantabria, an industrial company specializing in the production of seamless tubes and alloys requires a CNC lathe operator with proven experience in on-machine programming and operation of MAZAK CNC lathes. The primary responsibility is to produce parts on CNC lathes using the MAZAK programming language and interpreting engineering drawings. Responsibilities include machining parts, verifying tolerances, making adjustments and modifications to machines, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, managing consumables inventory, collaborating with the production team, and performing precision machining according to technical specifications. Candidates must have at least five years of prior experience in MAZAK programming, a higher vocational qualification in mechanical manufacturing, knowledge of CNC programming and engineering drawing interpretation, ability to apply quality standards, proficiency in using dimensional control tools, and availability to work rotating shifts.
