You will become part of a company with an incredible growth story, sustained by extraordinary innovation with products such as Silestone®, Dekton® and Sensa by Cosentino®, and with an international network and presence in over 80 countries. **Your main responsibilities** * Control, supervision, and reporting of physicochemical parameters, percentage formulation, and raw materials used in the Silestone manufacturing process. * Responsible for process checks at the Silestone plant during planned color production changes. (Weights, types of raw materials, temperature, humidity, pressing, polymerization process, oven) * Participation and collaboration with area supervisors in increasing productivity on their production lines. Implement improvements during planned color changes and minimize waste in the plant through control of Good Manufacturing Practices for the corresponding color. * Preparation of trend reports and statistical control of key parameters in our process. * Cost control of each production run against budgeted formulation. * Support in monitoring raw material consumption and execution of opening/closing orders for each production on their respective lines. * Participation and collaboration in R&D projects to which you are assigned, along with supervision of trials at the plant (including improvement or design of new colors), as well as validation of new raw materials. **What you need to succeed** Education: * Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Engineering. * Master’s degree specialized in Composite Materials is desirable. Experience: * 1-3 years as an Engineer or Technician in Production within the Chemical or Construction sector. * Experience in research and development or analytical laboratories is desirable.
