**What you will do at Signaturit**
* Monitor, analyze, and ensure the availability and performance of managed services.
* Administration and troubleshooting of Linux systems.
* Analysis and diagnosis of internal applications, including log review, processes, and performance.
* Management and maintenance of databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Yugabyte.
* Development and maintenance of scripts (Bash and Python) for automation, analysis, and operational tasks.
* Advanced diagnosis of alerts, incidents, and critical issues.
* Collaboration with other teams to resolve incidents escalated to Level 2\.
* Management of orchestration and infrastructure tools such as SaltStack, Ansible, and similar solutions.
* Collaboration with other departments to improve the customer experience.
**What we believe should contribute to your success in this context**
* Computer Science studies and at least 4 years of previous experience in a similar role.
* Strong analytical skills to identify patterns, anomalies, and root cause.
* Problem\-solving mindset focused on rapid service recovery.
* Ability to work under pressure in critical situations.
* Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
* Proactivity, autonomy, and a continuous improvement mindset.
* Observability, automation, and complex incident diagnosis, with strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
* Linux at an intermediate–advanced level (file systems, processes, services, system, networking, basic security, logs).
* Intermediate knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, VLANs, subnets, firewalls, traffic analysis).
* Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB (intermediate level).
* Experience with Bash scripting.
* Availability to be on call one week per month.
* English \& spanish fluent
