Ensure efficient resolution of escalated technical incidents, implementation of product and process improvements, and technical alignment between local, regional, and headquarters organizations—contributing to operational excellence and customer and dealer network satisfaction. **Key responsibilities:** * Lead, coordinate, and develop a regional expert team covering the specified product ranges, occupying 40% of working time. * Act as the regional technical reference expert for the assigned product ranges, dedicating 60% of working time to providing specialized technical support for complex incidents and escalated cases. * Manage, implement, and monitor new processes and continuous improvement projects within the Technical Service Support & Training area. * Maintain regular communication with headquarters to ensure regional alignment of service solutions, processes, and strategies. * Contribute to product quality improvement by identifying, analyzing, and escalating incidents to the KION ITS Central Service Team. * Manage the implementation and monitoring of product improvements, technical updates, and software developments related to forklift trucks. * Support manufacturing in identifying and analyzing warranty-, quality-, and cost-recovery-related incidents. * Manage and monitor JIRA tickets escalated by subsidiaries and dealers. * Collaborate closely with national and international teams to resolve technical incidents and achieve service objectives. * Maintain technical alignment with direct supervisor and Service Directors across different brands. * Establish agreements and compliance standards aligned with brand-defined excellence levels. * Coordinate after-sales optimization projects to improve operational efficiency and service quality. * Implement initiatives aimed at increasing customer and dealer network satisfaction. * Develop monitoring and tracking systems for key performance indicators to evaluate and enhance service performance. * Manage administrative tasks associated with the area of responsibility. * Travel as required to resolve escalated incidents definitively or to participate in meetings and projects with headquarters. **Education, knowledge & experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering—or equivalent qualification. * Minimum of 4 years’ prior experience in roles such as Regional Expert or similar positions within after-sales and technical support. * Prior experience in coordinating or managing technical teams. * Advanced technical knowledge in electricity, hydraulics, and mechanics. * High-level English proficiency, enabling participation in both oral and written technical and professional discussions. * Familiarity with digital management and analytics tools such as SAP, Power BI, and Jira. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools—especially Project and Power BI. **Competencies & skills:** * Leadership and team management capability. * Excellent communication and influencing skills. * Analytical ability and capacity to solve complex problems. * Results orientation and commitment to continuous improvement. * Strategic mindset and business acumen. * Ability to operate effectively in multidisciplinary and international environments. * Skill in managing priorities and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. * Organization, proactivity, and solution-oriented mindset. * Teamwork ability and capacity to foster interdepartmental collaboration. * High degree of autonomy and decision-making capability.
