We carry out design and calculation of projects using our drafters, modelers, and engineers. These include in-house projects as well as technical assistance for engineering firms, construction companies, and real estate asset managers. Additionally, we provide BIM and technological advisory and consulting services to companies at various stages. We are currently seeking a **Technical Office Manager** to develop projects in **Sevilla**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Proposing constructive alternatives and preparing modifications and supplementary works. * Participating in technical scheduling and economic planning of construction works. * Presenting and negotiating proposals with the Site Management. * Preparing and monitoring execution deadlines for the production department. * Preparing comparative analyses of subcontractor and supplier offers for modified and supplementary works. * Reviewing and verifying measurements for subsequent certification. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Opportunity to join a prominent engineering firm. * Full-time position. * Training plan. **If you are considering a professional change and find it interesting to start with a leading company in the engineering sector, we look forward to welcoming you!** **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
