Requirements * Qualification: Technical Industrial Engineer. * Minimum 5 years of experience in site management, technical assistance, or supervision of installations. * Valid driver’s license. * Knowledge of Spanish regulations: RITE, CTE, and others. Mandatory requirements: * Residency in Spain; specifically, living in Madrid or its surrounding areas. * If you are a foreign national, your degree must be officially recognized (homologated) by the Spanish Ministry of Universities. * Valid driver’s license, either newly issued in Spain or exchanged from your home country’s license. Main responsibilities: * Supervision of electrical and/or mechanical installations. * Quality control of installation execution—including HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, sanitation, fire protection (FPC), electricity, lighting, telecommunications, and special systems. * Monitoring of on-site execution. * Review of technical documentation. * Coordination with contractors and engineering firms. * Quality control and regulatory compliance. * Resolution of technical issues. * Support to project management. * Supervision of low- and medium-voltage electrical installations. * Mechanical installations: HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, sanitation, and fire protection (FPC). * Technical management or technical assistance for construction projects. * Contractor coordination and interpretation of designs and blueprints. * Preparation of technical reports and on-site progress monitoring.
