Job Description A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Specialist, Operations in Salamanca. This position will be part of the Operations team, supporting the execution of key projects and initiatives within the plant. The selected candidate will collaborate with various departments and external suppliers to ensure project progress, compliance with safety and quality standards, and proper coordination of associated activities. **What You Will Do:** Bring energy, expertise, and innovation to accomplish the following: * Participate in the design, development, execution, and commissioning of industrial projects. * Coordinate activities with internal teams, contractors, and external suppliers. * Support planning and tracking of work related to facilities, equipment, and processes. * Collaborate to ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and internal company procedures. * Contribute to the preparation and review of technical documentation and specifications. * Participate in project-related risk analysis and management activities. * Provide support for administrative project management, including purchase order tracking and invoicing. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper execution of activities and achievement of established objectives. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence. **What Skills You Will Need:** **To excel in this role, you will likely have:** * Technical or scientific education, or equivalent experience. * Prior experience in industrial, operational, or project-based environments. * Ability to coordinate multiple activities and manage competing priorities. * Planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and suppliers. * Interest in continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence. * Strong communication skills. * Proficiency in English suitable for an international environment.
