Join us and place research excellence at the heart of your work, taking ownership of your ideas, your development, and your professional career. **What You’ll Do** As a **Research Technician (RT)**, you will play a key role within the Research team, supporting the execution of experimental studies and contributing to the development of tools, methodologies, products, and concepts in animal nutrition. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Coordinating and accurately executing study protocols at our experimental farm facilities, as well as at designated field trial locations. * Ensuring the quality of all methods, collected and generated data, and experimental feeds used in each trial. * Performing production and laboratory activities under researcher supervision, for both internal and external R\&D studies. * Collaborating with the regulatory specialist to support exemption applications for non\-registered feed additives in the EU. * Developing and implementing new techniques and methodologies in both farm and laboratory settings. * Identifying opportunities to improve the quality, efficiency, and consistency of animal studies. * Representing the R\&D Research group during internal and external visits. * Ensuring clear and proactive communication between farm, feed mill, laboratory, and research teams across all aspects related to study quality. **What We’re Looking For:** We seek a responsible, committed, and proactive individual with a strong interest in contributing to scientific research—someone practical, well\-organized, and passionate about quality, data accuracy, and continuous improvement.
